The Widows Sons is an International Association which is open to all Freemasons who enjoy motorcycling and have a desire to ride with and associate with their fraternal brothers.
Our goal is to:
· Introduce the pleasures of motorcycling to our Masonic Brothers
· Raise Masonic Awareness in the world of motorcycling
· Support our regular Masonic lodges through regular attendance and assisting with or attending lodge events.
While we wear identifying regalia, or patches, the Widows Sons are not a biker gang, MC or 1% Club. We are required to represent the fraternity in a positive light at all times. The Widows Sons serve to raise money for charitable causes, raise Masonic awareness while attending public motorcycling events and support our regular Lodges in whatever capacity we are able. Widows Sons chapters have helped to increase Masonic membership through our presence and visibility during public motorcycle events and rallies.
We have chapters throughout the United Kingdom and each Widows Sons chapter is encouraged to sponsor or participate in local charity runs or events a good example is The Widows Sons South East. In all cases, we strive to present a positive image of Freemasonry and our Association to the public.
Today we have active chapters throughout the United Kingdom, many States in the USA, Canada and throughout Europe. If you are interested in joining the Widows Sons and are a Freemason in good standing then we would be happy to hear from you, please go to the contact section to contact us and find out find out more.

Our cuts are our regalia and show our patches - these patches should be in certain places. We DO NOT wear back patches.
Should always be on the left-hand side over your heart. This is the distinguishing badge of a Widows Son.
This should be on the right-hand side - another badge to represent the Widows Sons and Cornerstones.
Should be under your forget-me-not - this is to show what region/chapter you belong to.
This should be under the regional badge - it shows your office/position.
Your Road Name patch should be on the left-hand above the Widows Sons patch - this is to make it easy to see and so people know who they are talking to. If you don't have a road name yet - you soon will have!
